Bake-O-Rama: Easy Black Forest Bread
Class experience
In this class, we will bake a black forest quick bread. This will be an interactive class and students will be expected to make the bread along with me. If there are food allergies (nuts for example) feel free to just omit the item from the recipe. If you are unsure if you can omit an item, please let me know. Breads may not be completely baked by the end of class, but students will know what the finished products will look like and how to test for doneness. I will be available after class to...
Students will become confident in their baking skills, reading recipes, altering recipes, and measurements. They will learn how to use a variety of kitchen equipment and become comfortable in the kitchen. This will be a fun class with delicious results!
I have a degree in culinary arts, specifically pastry arts. I have been baking since I was very little and I bake every day.
