We’ll start with the Oreo crust, then make a yummy Nutella chocolate filling, then whip up some whipped cream to put on top. This class is great for beginning bakers, or anyone who loves baking. 25 regular Oreo cookies 3 tablespoons white sugar 4 tablespoons unsalted butter- melted 1 package (8 ounces) full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1 and 1/2 cups Nutella 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 6 ounces frozen whipped topping fully thawed 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon (small pinch) fine sea salt SUPPLIES pie pan Mixing bowl Kitchen aid mixer with whisk attachment and paddle attachment OR mixing bowl with electric hand mixer Measuring cups Measuring spoons Food processor OR large ziploc bag and rolling pin Rubber spatula OPTIONAL (for chocolate shavings garnish) chocolate bar Potato peeler
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
