We will have an engaging discussion about the types of insects and bird life that live in each learner's community. Nature at our door. I will share some video slides of our outdoor animals and insects and help the learners identify them by name and sight. Older learners will be able to share what they enjoy about the outside and describe the exterior (backyard, front yard, field, farm, beach they have been able to have under their toes. Finally, each student can bring paper, coloring pencils...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
At the end of class the learner's artwork can be posted in the classroom.
