This three-day Science and basic Art camp is for preschool, kindergarten, & first-grade learners. We will learn about a different bug in each class. We will play games, see real bugs and draw them.

Description

Class Experience

In this three-day bug camp, we will meet to study and see real bugs including my pet tarantula. In each class, we will learn about the characteristics of a different bug, where it lives, how it moves, and what it eats. We will discuss if the bug can be seen near our homes. We will look at pictures, videos, and real bugs in some of the classes to answer questions and promote curiosity. We will also move like some of the bugs and play fun games. Paper and pencil

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Some young students might do best with parental help. :)
