Description
Class Experience
Learners will be able to provide an answer to each week's question and will solidify their understanding of the material by completing a hands-on activity.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology and a passion for all things life science. I have worked professionally in both a microbiology lab and an environmental lab.
There is no assigned homework. Occasionally there will be experiments that require a waiting period, meaning that learners will set up their experiment during class and be encouraged to check their results after a specific time period.
As the materials for each class will vary, a supply list will be sent the week before class. Most all materials will be common household items.
40 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Younger learners may require brief help from an adult when setting up experiments or activities. Lessons will be taught from a shared screen using Canva slides. Learners do NOT need to have a Canva account.
