Back to School Fun - Crafts, Games, Parties, Scavenger Hunts, Friends & More

Hello and welcome to our back to school fun class! During this class, we will meet 1x a week to do arts and crafts, play games with our new friends, have virtual parties such as camping trip, pajama parties, teddy bear parties, beach parties, etc., have indoor scavenger hunts where students will have the opportunity to show & tell about their findings, enjoy holiday festivities during certain times of the year, & so much more. 

This is an ongoing class, but you may join or cancel at anytime. 

****PLEASE NOTE: A SMALL AMOUNT OF SUPPLIES ARE NEEDED FOR THIS CLASS.**** Please see the supply list below for the supplies recommended for the week of 10/04/2022. Additional weekly supplies will be posted each week in the classroom page. Please remember to check this page weekly, so your student will have the supplies needed for this class. Supply list items may be substituted for items that you already have. Exact items are not needed for this class.

Arts & Crafts Day - paper plate aquarium 
Indoor Scavenger Hunt Day - each student will have the opportunity to show & tell about their findings with the class
🌟Week of 06/26/2022: We will have an arts & crafts day & a game day this week!
Arts & Crafts Day – diy candy / cereal necklaces & starfish art
Game Day – summer version of Bingo 
🌟Week of 07/04/2022: We will not have class on 07/04 or 07/05. All sections of this class will only meet for one class this week. You will be refunded for the missed class. We will have our talent show day this week.  
Talent Show Day - share any special talent or activity with our class (parents or family are welcome to join us off camera to share this special day with us)

Arts & Crafts Day – DIY owl milk carton bird feeders
Game Day - Summer version of Simon Says
🌟Week of 07/18/2022: We will have a pajama party with a craft, our favorite pj's, favorite slippers, favorite stuffies, & snacks! We will also have a game day.
Pajama Party Day - Wear your favorite pajamas & slippers, and bring your favorite stuffed animals to our pajama party. We will have snacks, show & tell, "I Spy" slipper game, & a pajama craft! 
Game Day - We will play a Bamboozle game of "Do the Actions." 
🌟Week of 07/25/2022: We will have a virtual Teddy Bear Picnic this week! **Please note that the schedule will be different this week. Our regular Monday class will meet on Tuesday for a make-up class instead of Monday for this week only.
Teddy Bear Picnic - This week we will do teddy bear picnic crafts and games. Bring your teddy bears to class and your favorite snacks for our teddy bear picnic week. During our first class of the week, we will do arts & crafts. We will be making a teddy bear picnic craft. We will also share our favorite teddy bears with the class, have our favorite picnic snacks, play a teddy bear "I Spy" game & then get moving with our Teddy Bear song. During our second class of the week, we will create a "Teddy Bear Cootie Catcher", play a riddles game, & get moving during our bear hunt song. 
🌟Week of 08/01/2022: Summer Game Week - We will have digital summer games & a summer scavenger hunt this week!  
Some of our summer themed digital games include the following: Ice Cream Spinner, Guess Who, Picture Zoom, Would You Rather, & Tic Tac Toe. We will have a summer themed scavenger hunt this week as well. If time, we will also have a small summer themed directed drawing where we will draw a shovel & a bucket full of sand. 
🌟Week of 08/08/2022: Superhero Week - Please note the schedule for this class upon enrolling. Some sections of this class will only meet once this week and next week due to my vacation. During our superhero week, we will make superhero characters & play a superhero bingo game! Please allow your little one to dress up as their favorite superhero character if they wish or bring their favorite superhero character to class. Sonic the hedgehog is also a superhero! 😁
🌟Week of 08/14/2022: Vacation Week - I will be going on vacation this week. 
🌟Week of 08/22/2022: Back to School Week: We will create an All About Me Craft & have show & tell to talk about our favorite things about school & ourselves.
🌟Week of 08/28/2022: No class this week.
🌟Week of 09/04/2022: We will get moving this week with a few games. We will start with an animal freeze dance, play a game of Simon Says, & then go on a Peppa Pig themed scavenger hunt.
🌟Week of 09/11/2022: Virtual Camping Trip: We will go on a virtual camping trip. We will be making & eating no bake smores, get moving during our action packed movement Campfire Pokey song, & a make a Smores Man craft. 
🌟Week of 10/03/2022: Fall themed Bingo, fall freeze dance, fall themed stand up/sit down game

My classes sizes are small to give each student the opportunity to personally interact and be actively involved in each week of our camp! I hope to see your little one's soon! We will have so much fun! ❤

REFUND POLICY: If there are no students in the class, I will leave the classroom at the half-way point (13 minutes.) If your student is absent, you are welcome to watch the class video after our class if other students have joined. If no students join, there will not be a class video.
