In addition I have over 15 years of teaching and mentoring expierience.

As a professional child caregiver and nanny I have previously attended annual professional nanny conferences and trainings for optional continuing education in an effort to go above and beyond in staying educated about caregiving techniques and preventative life saving techniques. 

Including, Adolescent Behavior, S.I.D.S. , Baby Led Weaning, CPR, First Aid, and more. 

I am SIDS , CPR, and Bed Led Weaning certified.

I have previously been simultaneously represented by 5 professional nanny agencies as young adult which provided access to many of the continuing education trainings and conferences I attended.

Using my abundance of real life sitter and nanny experience paired  with my extensive teaching experience  I am thrilled to now share all this wisdom with the young people hoping to start or grow their babysitting business too!

I have taught over 900 classes to children ages 3 - 17 on Outschool over the past two years to over 4000 kiddos.

As a babysitter, i was often requested by families over and over.  As a nanny I was requested to care for children of both professional athletes and high profile professional families time and time time again because of my love for children, attention to detail, playful approach to child rearing, strong work ethic and professionalism.

Using my unique perspective as an highly experienced educator and former “super” sitter &  "super" nanny (in demand caregiver)…..I am eager to share my knowledge and experience with young learners who are excited to care for children and looking forward to trying to create a buzz for themself in the babysitting world.

Each child who completes the course will earn a course certificate of completion to present to each new family they want to work for, as they build their clientele.

This certificate will be earned by each child in class by attending class and actively participating in the conversations and trivia games.

This certificate is meant to show that your kiddo has taken the time and effort to become more knowledgeable about babysitting and gain knowledge about how to provide quality child care. 

This certificate of course completion does not replace any first aid or cpr certifications, and should be be represented as such.
Grades Offered

While this class was not specifically made for neurodiverse learners, I am a parent to a ND kiddo and am told by many parents that there neurodivergent children really enjoy my teaching style and enjoy my unique style of play learning.
