CLASS EXPERIENCE: MINECRAFT BEDROCK EDITION. This edition can be played on PC, Mac, Android, and iOS. We will NOT be using Minecraft Java Edition. AGE RANGE: This class is designed for all ages and skill levels. Basic knowledge of English and Computers will be highly beneficial. Prior experience with Minecraft is not required. CLASS OVERVIEW: In this course we will be learning about life in Ancient Babylon. Most may not have heard of this civilization before and those who have might not know much about them. This class aims to fix that. The Babylonians were one of the earliest and most impressive civilizations in the world. They built huge moments, including one of the Ancient wonders of the world. We will take a tour of Ancient Babylon through the game of Minecraft. We will get to see one of the Ancient wonders of the world and explore the Ancient city of Babylon. We will see Ancient Babylon like never before! Ancient Babylon should not just be kept in the history books.
Learning Goals
In this class we will start our tour in the Ancient city of Babylon. We will learn what everyday life was like for these people. We will see where they came from, what they were like and what happened to them. The Babylonians are often looked over in Ancient History classes but they are important to learn about. History will be brought to life!

Parental Guidance
Some of the topics being discussed will involve sensitive topics, such as religion and war. This course will provide multiple viewpoints and come from a neutral standpoint. History is not always positive and this course will reflect this. The class is designed for children and is suitable for all ages.
Supply List
A Minecraft account (also known as Minecraft Bedrock Edition) must be purchased by the learner. Learners will receive access to the Minecraft server address to connect to. Minecraft Java Edition will NOT work. A pair of headphones and microphone are also needed.
