A historic look at World War II with the B-25 Mitchell airplane. This class will focus on the B-25 bomber’s role in the Pacific Theater and how it was used in the daring Doolittle Raid.

Class Experience

US Grade 6 - 9

The learning goals for this course will be to teach the student about the B-25 Mitchell aircraft, the historic significance during World War II, facts about the different variants of the aircraft, and how the aircraft was used in the Pacific Theater to include the Doolittle Raid. There will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information in this course. The student will learn about the B-25 Bomber during WWII, the different variants, missions, with emphasis on the Doolittle Raid over Japan.

I am a retired Air Force officer and enjoy weather and aircraft related classes. I also enjoy teaching WWII history and understand military operations.
