Class Experience
In this class, we will learn about different ocean animals and how they adapt to their environment to ensure survival. This will be lecture/discussion style where we look at different ocean animals, and discuss what it's adaptation is and what it helps. We will use a powerpoint to discuss in depth what an adaptation is and how it could be helpful to ensure survival. I have been a third grade teacher for the last 3 years and growing up on the beach, I have always loved learning about ocean animals!
There will be no homework required.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The learner progress is assessed with a verbal informal assessment.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
