I will teach learners beneficial at-home workouts that will help them to feel good about themselves! They can expect a fun-filled experience and a sense of comfort and joy through our interactions! No experience or equipment is required. The routine will consist of a 5 minute warm-up followed by basic body weight workouts. Push-ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups, planks and variations of each of these will be included. Class will conclude with a thorough full body stretch to assure proper muscle recovery.
Learning Goals
Students will learn proper form and technique for workouts as well as helpful breathing exercises.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Parents please provide kids with water to keep them hydrated. Also assure they have ample room to practice exercises.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
