Music has exceptional healing properties, and it can help you relax and meditate. Learning how to effectively use the proper breathing exercises and techniques to meditate and relax is necessary nowadays. The purpose of this class is to make the students relax and have less anxiety and stress in their everyday lives. We will use calming songs and music during the course and focus on meditation and relaxation techniques. This is an effortless class that the students will enjoy! Every student is unique, and the main focus of this class is to embrace the needs of every individual student and teach them the proper way to meditate and relax by using relaxing and calming songs. For this class, we will use around five different calming songs.

I am a Berklee College of Music graduate. I graduated with a scholarship, honors, and awards. I have over fifteen years of experience in teaching vocals, guitar, songwriting, lyric writing, music therapy, sight singing, ear training, music history, and music production and I have worked in many prestigious colleges, conservatories, and universities such as Berklee College of Music. I have received awards and distinctions from prestigious international songwriting competitions such as ISC (International Songwriting Competition) and Song of The Year Songwriting Competition amongst others. During my studies at Berklee, I attended two music theory classes. The first music theory class was based on piano and the second music theory class was based on guitar. That helped me to delve into music theory and learn many beneficial music theory and music relaxation techniques.
