Class Experience

Avatar Legends: The Roleplaying Game is the officially licensed tabletop roleplaying game set in the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra by Magpie Games. It is a heroic fantasy game set in the universe of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra in which you and your friends take on the role of young heroes from across the Four Nations who have joined together to make the world a better place. It’s a game for people of all ages who want to look at the world beyond the scope of the existing stories and explore the meaningful actions heroes take for the good of others.
Above all, however, it’s a game about balance. Your hero fights for balance in the world, but also wrestles with maintaining balance within while trying to achieve the goals they’ve set for themselves. The villains of Avatar Legends: The RPG are never simply monsters, never mere antagonists who must be struck down by blasts of fire; they are instead people with their own desires, personal struggles, and goals, no matter how misguided.

A Powered by Apocalypse style game that uses simple D6s to make decisions. Choose a character from one of the playbooks and embark on an epic Odyssey of supremely heroic, and of course equally queer, proportions. Each week, players will take on the role of their character then embark on an adventure to save people, cause chaos, and create meaningful connections with others. The ultimate goal of this game is for your characters to fully grow as people, working through their issues, growing as people, and realizing that they've made a difference in the world.

If you have played with me before, then you know how this goes! Classes are fast-paced improvised scenarios in which drama and action unfold in wild and unpredictable ways. They are structured around free expression and creativity, imploring learners to embrace their imaginations and fully interact with the game and all the drama unfolds.
