New morning class, by popular demand Hello, Thank you for your interest in my class. This class is weekly and you can come and go as you need. This class is curriculum-based. Homework will be assigned. This curriculum is taught in high schools, colleges, home schools, and community centers across the country. The textbook is encouraged to study from. I will be sharing slides, videos, real-life examples, and recommendations. Q and A's at the end of every class and optional hands-on projects that could be done at home. This class will be a smaller size to make sure the quality of what is being taught is understood and questions get the responses they deserve. I was a past Automotive Professor at my local Community College, and a past Car Care Store Manager for a large retail auto chain center that's recognized throughout the country. I recently relocated to Florida, and now work remotely as a Mechanical Analyst who helps service professionals and customers with vehicle repair questions. Always had a passion to help others because learning and understanding vehicle's could be tricky, but the reward for me is instilling learning for the next generations ahead. I will ensure that all questions are answered that will help my students learn better understand how vehicles work, but also have fun while in class. I have my Bachelors in Business Management and also recognized by the highest automotive achievement in the profession which is the Automotive Standards of Excellence, (ASE) as both a Service Technician and a Service Consultant. I also am recognized by my state DMV in license and theft bureau, to teach both OBD2 and Safety courses. Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello,
Have an interest in automotive? Want to learn basic automotive 101 classes? Welcome to my class.
I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Management in 2007. After graduating, I found a passion for cars and started from the basics. I've been in the automotive industry for over 14 years. I was a Store Manager at a major automotive repair center and I also taught automotive classes at my local community college.
I first started working and training with Lexus and Toyota. As I've gained knowledge and experience, I moved my way up the ladder and now I'm excited to teach this course to help others in understanding automotive basics.
My goal is to introduce a class that is easy to understand and become a resource for students in the future. At the end of each class, students should have an understanding of the current topic. The goal is to understand the functions of a car and provide self-help when running into issues or avoiding costly mistakes.
