Class experience
Students should expect to have a fun time with others while providing other learners tips and tricks they have mastered during gameplay. I will teach-back and forth communication skills, how to stay positive when things don't go our way, and teamwork. This class is learner-directed so the topics might change based on the skill level that the learners have or game-based topics they want to discuss. I am Autistic and know that for students like me, learning needs to be visual and fun! I have worked with disabled students and student athletes for over 8 years. As a teacher, I love involving topics of high interest into learning, which helps my students stay focused. I will always involve all students in class participation and make them feel as comfortable as possible. I know some students can be shy or need time to open up and that's ok! If your learner needs any accommodations in class, I am more than happy to help.
Students will need to have the free version of Rocket League downloaded on their device prior to class. I will send the private server link in the chatbox at the beginning of class.
