In this weekly, ongoing social group, kids with autism or special needs will have fun learning, playing and talking about Fortnite. Fornite will be played together in a safe, fun and moderated environment. Learners will be working on their social and communication skills, while making friends and playing one of their favorite games! Learners will enjoy playing in many different modes, including creative mode and Battle Royale. A Fornite account is required to join the class in order for students to participate in playing the game together. Students are welcome to use any console (with the exception of Apple devices) to join the game of Fortnite. Students will need to have a separate device to join the Zoom meeting on Outschool. All students must turn their cameras on at the beginning of class for verification purposes. Week 1 October 30- Play Fortnite regular mode Week 2 November 6- Play Fortnite Creative mode Week 3 November 13- Play Fortnite Battle Royale Week 4 November 20- Play Fortnite Battle Royale

The goal of this group is to help kids improve their social and communication skills while making friends and having fun.

Gamer tags will be required for this class. Please do not share gamer tags directly in the classroom. Please share gamer tags through private message with the teacher.
