In this One Time course students will learn the phrases we need to ask for a range of pâtisseries, ice creams, snacks and soft drinks in a French café, salon de thé or ice cream shop. They will also learn the polite phrases they need to buy items in many shops and settings. I have pictures of cakes, drinks, snacks and ice creams that will help students learn the vocabulary. Students will have opportunity to perform short plays about buying items in the café, salon de thé and ice cream...
Students will learn the names of a range of French cakes, snacks, drinks and ice creams and the polite phrases to buy them in the various settings.
Students will need a pen(cil) and paper for the Loto game.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I will give verbal feedback to the students during the lesson and brief written feedback to the students and parents after the class.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
