Gratitude has changed my life! Through daily gratitude practices, gratitude has helped me experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have a stronger immune system. I have been studying gratitude and its positive effects on human emotions for several years. As a classroom teacher, I see how stress impacts my students daily life. The gratitude practices implemented within this class will help students incorporate gratitude into my daily life and have the huge benefits that continual gratitude provides.
