Description
Class Experience
Students will learn the importance of expressing gratitude and will walk away with new mindfulness techniques they can use to journal.
As a licensed counselor, I have experience working with children and helping them learn how to discuss their feelings.
- One pen and two sheets of paper.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
