Students will be introduced the term of the Atom and the particles via demonstration. They will repeat the demonstration themselves and each will explain their observation. They will see some samples of atomic models and their names in the slides. They will learn the structure of the atom: protons, neutrons and electrons. They will learn the properties of subatomic particles. We will make an atomic model by using colourful small objects such as legos, buttons, toys etc. Each students will present their atomic model in the class.

Supply List
2 piece of paper (A4 size is good, they could be blank or ruled.) 3-30 (there has to be three different colours at the same amount) same size small objects such as legos, buttons, small toys, beads, piece of clothes, or even pieces of papers. Glue

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
