Students will get the physical and mental benefits of a workout they perform live with me. The fitness elements of flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular health will be related to the exercises as they are being performed in the workout. Students will build up a repertoire of exercises and routines they can use at home to stay fit and healthy. This is a fast-paced class with the goal of getting your child up and moving. We will even have a fun movement game to play at the end...
Wear comfortable and safe shoes Small space to move around where you can see the computer screen Rolled up towel for some leg and calf stretches 5 cards or small object that can be picked up and sat down for a muscular strength activity Chair for the game activity of Rock, Paper, Scissors Fitness Ice water for small breaks through out the workout
