Class Experience
Students will learn the basic definition of an astronaut, how astronauts go to the bathroom in space, and why they left some of their poop on the moon. Each student will have the opportunity for show and tell. Show and tell for this class can be any space related toy, book, craft, or drawing. We will read together the book, Ready for Lift Off!, which teaches the items that astronauts need to survive in space. The students will write a list of the items that astronauts need. 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
