In this one-time course, students will learn about what it takes to be an astronaut. Students will learn about the training that takes place and how astronauts prep for a mission to space. We will discuss the qualifications that are required to become an astronaut for NASA. This will be a lecture-based lesson with a slide show. I will be using photos and a short video clip during class. Students are welcome to ask questions and to participate as much or as little as they would like. See...
