Join me on a cosmic adventure to become an astronaut! In this one-time class, students will complete their astronaut training through movement, coloring, sharing and fun! Our first mission will begin by discussing what an astronaut is and how to become one. Each student will be provided with a printable handout that will allow students to draw their faces inside a space-suit! These handouts will need to be printed prior to class and the students will need crayons, markers or colored...
-A printable handout for students to draw themselves as astronauts will be provided prior to class. -A second printable handout will be provided prior to class that will be personalized with each students name. This handout will have pieces that need to be cut out prior to class. -Glue -Paper to glue on rocket pieces -Crayons, markers or colored pencils -Stuffed animal or picture of an animal
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
