In this one-time class, students will listen to a read aloud of the picture book 8 Little Planets by Chis Ferrie. This book is a fun, rhyming picture book about each of our 8 planets. As we read the book, students will learn basic facts about each planet's properties and the order of the planets in our solar system. I will ask questions about each planet to check for comprehension and understanding after finishing the book. We will then listen to a fun song about planets before creating a...
Students will learn basic facts of each 8 planets. They will also be learn the order of each planet and be able to create a solar system of their own based off these facts.
