Have you ever wanted to know how to sign the colors of the rainbow? Now is your chance! Preschoolers LOVE to sign – it’s like their own secret language! Children in this age group are natural signers – they love to learn with their hands. The kinesthetic activity helps them to remember important concepts and learn new words! In this class, we use both signing and movement to help keep students physically engaged so they can increase their vocabulary, improve their fine-motor skills and hand-eye coordination! Best of all, we have fun!
Learning Goals
Students will learn all the colors of the rainbow, plus extra colors like pink, silver, gold, black, white and brown in ASL!

Crayons so we can draw the rainbow too! I will send a coloring sheet or students can draw their own rainbow!

Teacher expertise and credentials
Mindful Signs is taught by Brooke Le Clear. Brooke is a certified yoga instructor and creator of the Spirit Baby Post-Natal Yoga Teacher Training program. She began her journey with yoga 20 years ago and continued her path at Golden Bridge Yoga where she taught Kundalini Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga and Post-Natal yoga for over 10 years. When her first daughter was born, she discovered the joy of learning Sign Language along with her daughter. She was so inspired by the experience she became a Baby Signing Time certified instructor. In the last 13+ years, she has taught Family Signing classes at Golden Bridge Yoga, Yogi Tree, The Green Bean, and Little Knights. Eight years ago, she added preschool & elementary classes to her curriculum.
