✨🎨 **ASL & Art: Color, Sign, and Socialize!** ✋🖍️ Welcome to our newest and most creative ASL class—where sign language meets the relaxing fun of coloring! In this online social class, students will learn American Sign Language through themed lessons inspired by pop culture favorites like Disney and Marvel characters. Each week includes new signs focused on colors, shapes, and vocabulary from exciting, kid-friendly topics. Some sessions will even include fun sign language trivia to keep students engaged and smiling! 🎨 Coloring pages are provided each week—you can print them out to color by hand or enjoy them digitally on a tablet or computer. This class is a perfect blend of language and creativity, designed to help both Deaf and hearing students connect, have fun, and learn together in a stress-free environment. 💬 Typically offered during **summer and winter breaks**, this class is ideal for kids who want to stay social, creative, and curious while learning a new language. 🌟 **Want to join but don’t see any current classes?** Reach out! We’re happy to create a custom session for your schedule with a minimum of just two students to get started.

Lesson 2:
My Family & Friends

Practice using family signs in simple sentences

Activity: Family coloring page with space to label signs 25 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Animals I Love
Signs: Dog, Cat, Fish, Bird, Rabbit, Turtle
Song: “Old MacDonald Had a Farm” (simplified, with signs)
Game: Animal charades with signs
Bonus: Introduce how to ask “What is it?” and respond with animal signs 25 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Playtime and Review Party!
Review all signs from Weeks 1–3

Ms.Trina is the founder of ASL Kids Club and has over 20 years of experience teaching and working in school districts with both Deaf and hearing children. This extensive background has allowed her to hand-select each teacher to ensure that students receive top-tier instruction.
Our educators boast impressive credentials and experiences:
- One teacher has spent over two decades as an Educational Interpreter and Tutor, working closely with deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Their passion for sign language is driven by personal experiences with Deaf family members.
- Another teacher is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, American Sign Language, and Nicaraguan Sign Language. With over 10 years of teaching experience, they have served in various roles such as teaching, assisting, and mentoring students and interpreters.
- We also have a Deaf educator with expertise in speech, lipreading, and sign language. Their patience and kindness have positively impacted many students through their work as a tutor and assistant teacher at the School for the Deaf.
Together, our team is committed to providing an enriching ASL learning experience that accommodates diverse backgrounds and fosters growth.
