Learning Needs
ASL helps students with multiple learning needs by reinforcing vocabulary. Research shows incorporating sign language with spoken language improves comprehension, expression, and communication for special education learners with ADHD.

I have taught Little Signers ASL to preschool and elementary students over the past 10 years. I have a Masters in Education with a certification in K-6th, biology, and earth science. I have a Bachelors of Science in Biology with an Environmental Studies minor. I am a former public school teacher of 5 yrs and homeschool teacher of 10 yrs. I completed ASL I, II, III, & V in college and interpret for a Deaf family in church. I am also a 200 hr certified Yoga Teacher with additional certifications in Kids Yoga, Mommy Me Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga.
