Want to have more experience with ASL that is just more than one class? Want to know more about the language and culture? This fun ASL Camp is for you! In this camp, we will learn the alphabet, basic vocabulary, and a little about Deaf Culture and History! Day 1: Introductions and Ice Breakers, Learning the Alphabet, Vocab: Greetings, Days of the Week, Holidays and Animals Day 2: Review Alphabet, Vocab: School/Education Signs, Emotions Day 3: Review/ Practice All New Vocab. I will even have practice sentences for us to try and to test their knowledge Day 4: Deaf Culture and History. We will also go over any vocab anyone needs help or needs some more practice with!

I studied ASL for a total of five years, and at one time studied to become a ASL Interpreter in college. I still use ASL in my every day life. I took extensive classes in ASL, Linguistics and Deaf Culture and History, even was involved with the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Community.
