What better way to learn sign language of your favorite foods than during a picnic! Come join us with a snack or lunch. This is a great beginner course. We will learn the signs during each class! Each week we will cover a different topics and have students signing and conversing together! Weekly class will include: -Introductions (Name & favorite "Something" depending on the weekly topic) -introduce topic -Learn 5 signs (Depending on group size) -Game time [Guess that Sign] -Learn 5...
Each student should grasp a concept of ASL, and how to converse in simple conversation. Students will be able to use the target language and also visually understand ASL as a source language.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
