The class size will be limited to 6 learners so that ample attention can be given to each individual. I received my Bachelors degree in Deaf Education, taught in a self-contained classroom for the hearing impaired, interpreted in a mainstreamed situation in elementary and college settings, interpreted in church/social/medical settings, taught ASL at church and college setting. Have a love for Deaf and want to encourage others to learn to communicate with them.
Homework Offered
Although there will not be any formal homework assignments in this class, students will be encouraged to practice the new vocabulary words and principles of ASL grammar in between classes. Textbook has many fun activities in the back of the book!0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
