Class experience
**This class is a weekly session. Every other week we meet, "voices off". On those days, students will only be allowed to sign and or communicate through chat. ***ASL 2, ASL 3, ASL4 & ASL5 with Mrs. G need to be completed before joining ASL 6 with Mrs. G. I have 15+ years of working within the educational setting of teaching/tutoring/interpreting with a variety of ages from elementary level through college. One of my three children is HoH and now an adult. So visual learning has been a foundation when teaching in our home. My family and I also love art and enjoy working with different mediums. Don't be surprised when art shows up in ASL.... Fun! 2018-2020 I created a UC accreditation approved ASL 1, 2 and 3 new foreign language program at high school level. Gave lessons on how to teach others with a variety of disabilities and how to use those lessons with real world experiences by giving the tools and support for success in both visual and pro-tactile communication.

Students will have access to Mrs. G's exclusive Quizlets where parents can view student progress. Unit tests and mastery can be accomplished there. Unit tests on Quizlet can be taken as many times as needed. Camera is needed.Grades Offered

Parental Guidance Statement: Quizlet is not required to attend class. Quizlet is optional and can be used to review each unit. Quizzes can be taken this way as well. To receive access to Mrs. G exclusive Quizlets, a Quizlet account is needed.
Mrs. G's exclusive Quizlets. Web searches for discussion boards are needed. For example: Who is Abraham Graham Bell? Wikipedia is fine.
