In this Thanksgiving arts & crafts class we will make a wreath out of cut out paper hands. We will discuss what it means to be thankful and we will write one thing that we are thankful for on each hand that makes up our wreath.
Class experience
In this Thanksgiving arts & crafts class, we will practice gratitude and thankfulness during the holiday season. We will trace our hand and cut out several. We will glue our hands in a circle wreath shape. Lastly we will write one thing we are thankful for on each hand. I will assist my learners with spelling any words they need help with. Learners don't need to know how to spell perfectly, but do need to be able to write letters! **Please feel free to send a date/time request for a class...
-Red/orange/yellow/brown construction paper (not all colors are needed, but we will need at least 4 pieces of paper) -Scissors -Glue bottle or glue stick -Marker/crayon/colored pencil
Depending on learner's experience, help may be needed with the use of scissors and glue. Reminder that parents will need to remain off camera if providing supervision during class.
