In this Thanksgiving/fall arts & crafts class, we will be making a candy corn turkey! We will begin by tracing our hand with a pencil and outlining with a marker. We'll continue to color in our hand, add an eye & beak and finish with gluing on our candy corn. Throughout class we will learn facts about turkeys and discuss if we like candy corn! I love to teach my learners facts about the object we're crafting to keep their minds engaged. At the end we will show off our finished artwork! *In my craft/art classes no experience is necessary. I let learners know that each of us are unique artists therefore our art will not look identical. I encourage individual style and that we can embrace our art even if there are imperfections.* **Please feel free to send a date/time request for a class you're interested in. I do schedule out classes in advance but I am flexible to switch that around if there are no conflicting enrollments.**

I offer both cooking and baking classes that meet every other week. Baking and cooking are two skills that are important to learn, but fun and rewarding as well! To make a meal or baked goods for your family/friends to enjoy is one of the best feelings, and I love to help my learners experience that feeling. It's also a great opportunity to branch out of our comfort zone and try new recipes!
