In this Halloween/October arts & crafts class, we will be making a monster with candy corn teeth! We'll work step by step as a class to cut out the shapes, glue them together and add our teeth. We'll end by giving our monsters a name!
Class experience
In this October arts & crafts class, we will be making a cute monster together as a class. We will cut out the body/head, arms, legs, mouth, eyes and glue them on a piece of paper. We'll draw the horns and shoes of our monster. Lastly we will glue candy corn on our mouth to give our monster some teeth. At the end of class students will have the option to give their monster a name and show it off to the rest of class. *In my craft/art classes no experience is necessary. I let learners know...
-2 pieces of construction paper (one color for the monster and a second color for the background) -White piece of paper -Scissors -Glue bottle -Marker (any color for horns and shoes) -Black marker -4 to 6 candy corns -Optional: googly eyes
