Welcome to Arts & Crafts Camp! ⭐Artists will be able to bring out their creativity in this arts and crafts 3 day camp! ⭐Arts and crafts camp will include a craft with an inspiration book or object related to the craft! See supply list below. A detailed list will also be in the classroom! ⭐Learners will practice creativity, social skills, work with a variety of materials, textures, shading, blending, and use different art tools while having fun creating their artwork! I encourage each learner to use the colors they like, add additional materials and use their imagination and creativity to make their artwork their own! ⭐While making our crafts, we talk about shades of colors, materials and art techniques we are using and more! Class will end with students having the option to hold up their art for everyone to see! Day 1: Watercolor Sea Turtle Day 2: Chalk Pastel Rainbow Day 3: Painted Starry Night Class Layout: ⭐ Welcome Song and Craft! ⭐ Show our Art Supplies ⭐ Inspiration from a Book or Picture ⭐ Create our Craft/Artwork and have Fun! ⭐ Talk about the art techniques we are using, materials, colors and more! ⭐ Show our Artwork! Sing our Goodbye Song Supply List: Watercolor Sea Turtle: White Paper, Salt, Watercolor Paint, Brush, Water, Glue, Blue and Green Construction Paper, Ovals cut from Green Construction Paper, White Circle Chalk Pastel Rainbow: White Paper, Rainbow Shape cut out of White Paper, Cotton balls, Blue Paint, Circle for sun, Chalk Pastels or Chalk, Glue Starry Night: Aluminum Foil Covered Cardboard, Light Blue, Dark Blue, White, Orange and Yellow Paint, Plastic Fork, Paint Brush and optional glitter. ⭐️ Children are free to add any materials they would like to make their artwork their own creations! ⭐️ Optional activity packets related to the craft will be added to the classroom after each class!

• Students will learn about different materials used in art
• They will learn about shading, blending and a variety of paints (watercolor and paint)
• Learners will work on fine motor skills, social skills and art techniques.
• Children will bring out their creativity and imagination when creating their art!
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Please assist your child with using small craft items, scissors, glue and other materials. We use paint for some of our crafts. Please have an art smock or old t-shirt, if needed.
