In this one-time class, learners will color the body of a turkey and use finger paint to create the turkey's feathers. This is a great Thanksgiving art project for preschool and kindergarten aged learners!

In this one-time art class, we'll be getting in the Thanksgiving spirit by coloring and painting a turkey! 🎨 We'll start class with a warm welcome and learners will have the opportunity to share their favorite part of Thanksgiving (for me, it's pie!). I have always loved working with children as well as arts and crafts! I've been a nursery coordinator, daycare teacher, nanny, and school volunteer over the years. I also have three kids of my own. I have a B.A. in linguistics and I volunteered for a literacy program for two years, during which I helped kindergarteners practice their letters and letter sounds. I have my own Etsy shop and love doing art projects for myself and of course with kids!

Grownups will need to print the template for the turkey body before class (provided to enrolled learners). While adults are reminded to remain off camera, I recommend that a grownup be available to supervise during class. **Finger painting can get messy! I recommend covering the work surface during class.
