Description

Class Experience

Learners will be guided step by step on how to make a puppet of Daniel. We will practice identifying shapes and colors, cutting, gluing, and following directions. Learners are welcome to bring any toys they have from this show. We will have a brief show and tell time at the end of class if time allows. Please be near your learner during class in case they need assistance.

To ensure a successful class for your learner, please make sure you have all the supplies ready at the beginning of class...

Learners will practice identifying shapes and colors, cutting, gluing, and following directions.

  1 file available upon enrollmentPlease have these supplies ready at the start of class:
•	Brown paper lunch bag
•	Googly eyes (large – approx. 1 inch)
•	Brown construction paper (or a second paper bag)
•	Printout of Daniel’s sweater (or red construction paper already cut to represent his sweater)
•	Orange washable paint and paintbrush (or orange marker)
•	Newspaper or something to protect the table
•	Black marker
•	Red marker
•	Child-safe scissors
•	Liquid school glue

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Parental supervision is needed for the use of scissors.
