Did you know that students often struggle with reading comprehension when they don't have enough background knowledge, vocabulary, and/or reading stamina? Article-A-Day systematically builds all three in just 10-15 minutes each day when done consistently. During this course, your learner will work through a unit each week. Each unit contains a new article each day plus two bonus articles and two challenge articles. That means, they will read at least 20 high-interest articles throughout this course. After each article, students can show their learning in a Book of Knowledge. At the end of this course it's so much fun to look back and see all of the things they learned. The learner can interact with the teacher as much, or as little as they would like to. Ways to interact and share content: Your child can comment in the classroom daily to share learning from the article, upload a picture of the Book of Knowledge, or post a video sharing knowledge gained from the article(s). Please note that I will always try my best to respond to comments or posts within a couple of days.
Learning Goals
