Join us in this social club where you get to bring your own crafts and work on them while we hang out and chat. Students will get the opportunity to share whatever they are working on, get inspiration from others and chat with friends.

Welcome to Artful Impressions - Craft & Chat. We meet once a week to work on our crafts together while we talk about life, interests, and more. Everyone will get the opportunity to share what they are working on with the class. Crafts: color draw paint sew crochet knit embroider diamond art jewelry paper crafts clay build with popsicle sticks anything else that you are interested in Craft & chat is a great way for students to build self-esteem, reduce stress, and improve mindfulness. By sharing projects with each other, students will be able to gain inspiration from their peers, and inspire others. Students will also learn important social and emotional skills by interacting with like-minded kids and building friendships. I will help guide conversations and bring different topics to class for students to discuss. Topics will cover life - what is happening, anything they are looking forward to, birthdays and more. Interests, thoughts, dreams, and feelings. Students are also encouraged to have open conversations about anything they want. And of course, art will always be a topic that we will be discussing.

Supply List
Supplies will vary depending on the craft each student chooses to do. Each student is responsible for choosing a craft to bring to class along with any supplies they need for their craft.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hi, my name is Ms. Sam and I absolutely love crafting. I love to color while listening to audio books, embroider, do diamond art, and make clay sculptures. I have dabbled in a little bit of everything and have been teaching a variety of craft classes for the past 2 years.
