-Please note that this supply list is not needed for EVERY class. I will send out a weekly email which will indicate the project we are working on and the supplies needed. Supplies that need to be purchased will last well beyond the projects assigned. If you have a small amount of any of the supplies below, it will probably be enough to complete the project. I am doing my best to your supply list a one time investment that will last. I tried to make a list of the supplies that most students need in an typical art classroom with budget in mind. 1 package of construction paper 1 large white paper 11" x 17" if you have it (if not largest one you have will do) 1 small stack of 8 1/2" x 11" white paper 1 glue stick 1 pair of scissors 1 set of markers with black 2 pencils and erasers 1 cup for paint water 1 paint shirt 1 set of tempera paint with black and white (warm and cool colors recommended) thick yarn In addition, we will be using upcycled material: thin cardboard, food packaging, junk mail- anything paper that you might throw in the recycle bin can be used for at least two of our projects. Start collecting ASAP so you have a lot to choose from! (If parents need Amazon links to the above supplies, I am happy to provide.)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The assessment is flexible, officially or otherwise as needed.
3 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
This is a family friendly course!
The instructor will supply all PPTs to be used in class.
