This class is designed to introduce students to the Elements and Principles of design. Students will participate in a discussion on the week's focus, practice, then work on creating their own individual artwork. 1st week focus: Radial Design/ Color (Students will create a color wheel using any media of their choice) 2nd week focus: Perspective/ Space (Students will use one-point perspective to design their own city. A ruler is required for this class) 3rd week focus: Still Life/ Value,...
This class is taught in English.
Students are not expected to complete their artwork, but if they would like to- an additional hour or longer may be necessary outside of class time.
Paper Pencil Ruler (For week 2) Any other material is up to the student. (pen, paint, pastels, markers, colored pencils, etc...)
