Class Experience

In this 4 week flex course we will learn about nature photography! I will be demonstrating the projects and in a series of videos & slideshows posted at the beginning of every week.  

Week 1: Students will explore the Element of Art: Texture in their photographs. Students will go on a Texture Photography Scavenger Hunt!  How many different textures in your landscapes can you find?   

Week 2: Students will examine the effect of light on an image. We will look at direct harsh light, indirect...

Students will learn about nature photography!

None assigned.  All students work at their own pace and may need additional time to complete the photography assignments.

1. Device to take photographs with-can use a cell phone or DSLR camera.

The leaner will be assessed with informal feedback. Each week I will ask students "What are you most proud of in this week's work?" and "What would you work on/rework if you had time?".  Students are welcome to inquire for feedback on specific photographs.

No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
