This tutoring service is designed to support students taking the Art of Math Basic Skills Builder for Algebra and/or Geometry series. Both courses are self-paced. Students have the option to receive additional help with this in-person session, if needed.

With a 30-year commitment to education, I am a seasoned high school mathematics teacher. Having taught at high schools in the Chicagoland area, I have a proven track record of inspiring and empowering students.
I have a diverse range of teaching experience, including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and advanced math courses. Additionally, I have experience with co-taught classes for a decade, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise with colleagues.
Beyond the classroom, I have actively participated in extracurricular activities such as sponsoring the Gospel Choir, Dance Team, and assisting with Boys Tennis. I also sponsored a trip to Switzerland and Italy with a group of students in 2019. I have demonstrated a strong commitment to community service by volunteering to teach algebra at the local elementary school as an afterschool program.
A product of the Teachers for Chicago Program, I hold a Master's degree in Secondary Education and I am certified to teach both mathematics and English in the state of Illinois.Reviews
