Class Experience

In this one-time class, students will learn the differences between deciduous and coniferous trees and draw the trees using a fun technique Pablo Picasso used often: one line drawing!

Join this class where art meets science and learn the differences between deciduous and coniferous trees! We will discuss the different leaves, seeds, and shapes of the trees. We will also learn a little bit about the famous artist Pablo Picasso. He often used one-line drawings and you get to try this technique in this class! Together, we will draw both a deciduous and coniferous tree, but we can't pick up our pencil after we start! This can be challenging but that is what makes it fun! Let's learn some science and create some art!
