Description

Class Experience

Experience a variety of art techniques and styles, unleash creativity through color and texture, learn a tad more about the animals they love in a relaxed environment.
I have taught art in my own elementary classroom for over 20 years in a brick and mortar school. I also created an art curriculum that was used in a summer elementary camp for 4 years. I taught art to elementary age children for 5 summers at a summer youth club.
White card stock and water color paper is preferred but not required. Watercolor paints with a variety of brushes ,a set of oil pastels and crayons. I used liquid color paint in my examples which gives the painting a vivid look.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Young children may need help setting up their painting space.
