What you will need every week:
-An art Journal (one with thicker pages will be a better match for the projects we will create in it)

Break down week by week:
Week 1:
-Artist Journal/ an unopened journal (if possible) with thicker pages. Any size will do
-Various colors and sizes of markers
-Newspaper (free newspapers work well and are free!)
-Magazines to cut up
-Clear tape

Week 2:
 -Artist Journal
-Acrylic paint
-Various paint brush sizes
-Water for brushes
-Inkpad and stamps (optional)
- Thicker cardboard to create stamps with

Week 3:
 -Artist Journal
-Thicker paper to make stencils
-Graphite pencils
-Colored pencils

Week 4:
-Artist Journals
-All of the above materials

**Every week, you will want to bring along the materials that we used from the previous week to continue your work in your journals along with the new techniques we will learn that week.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
