Alongside their artwork, students journal their observations, thoughts, and questions, honing their penmanship skills while documenting their scientific discoveries or practicing everyday science terms. Through this process, they develop the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and precision, strengthening both their language and scientific literacy.

As the class progresses, students are challenged to think critically and innovatively, finding connections between art and gardening that inspire originality and exploration. Whether sketching the anatomy of a flower or journaling about the properties of light, students are empowered to embrace their curiosity and creativity in every lesson.

Through this dynamic fusion of art and science, students not only expand their vocabulary and penmanship but also cultivate a deeper appreciation for the wonders of the natural world. In a supportive and collaborative environment, they discover that through art, science comes to life, sparking imagination and curiosity that extend far beyond the classroom.
