This class will be an interactive art history class using a Power Point where students will focus on the career of the artist Alma Woodsey Thomas. They will read about her life through a shared reading activity with a follow up worksheet activity to help summarize what they learned. Students will look at several of her art pieces and learn about the techniques this artist used to create an art piece of their own. This is a great course for students who are looking to express themselves creatively regardless of their experience with painting.
