Class Experience
Join me on a journey through time and space, as we explore the rich and fascinating world of art history. In this ongoing class, we'll delve into the lives and works of some of history's greatest artists, from the Renaissance masters to the avant-garde pioneers of the modern era. Each week, we'll embark on a new adventure, exploring a different artist or period of art in history, through in-depth discussions and engaging activities. 1. Learners will gain an appreciation for the arts. 2. Learners will be able to identify different works of art and the artist. 3. Learners will gain knowledge of different time periods.
I have my BFA from the School of Visual Arts. I have taught art history for over 10 years with local homeschool groups.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Painting and sculptures may contain nudity, violence, and religious iconography.
